RH TRADING LIMITED REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Terms & Conditions
At RH Trading Limited, we believe in customer satisfaction from quality at an affordable price. In keeping with our goal to be a reputable hypermarket for the local PNG customers, RH Trading Limited will provide refunds and (or) replacements upon successfully meeting requirements as per stated in our “Refunds & Retunds Policy.“
All returns, including online orders, will be processed at the RH Trading Limited (RH Hypermarket) counter at Vision City Mall, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
Refunds will only be made using the original payment method stated on your proof of purchase. Please note that any delivery fees paid are non-refundable.
Faulty Product Returns Policy
This does not include damage caused by misuse or change of mind. Major fault or failure is when the product:
- has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known about it;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from the description of the product;
- or does not do what we said it would do;
- a manufacturing fault.
If the problem is not major, we may elect to give replacement to you.
You will be given a grace period of 7 days in which you can return faulty product(s) to be replaced. A proof of purchase must be shown within this time period to be deemed applicable for repairs and replacements. Any product(s) presented after the grace period will rescind the grace period.
In this instance, you are entitled to the following:
- a refund of the purchase cost;
- replacement with a similar valued item;
We reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund or replacement if the problem has, for instance, arisen because the product was misused by the customer.
Proof of Purchase
Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (ie. Invoice/ Receipt). In the absence of such proof of purchase, RH Trading Limited retain the right to refuse a refund.
Returning Products to RH Trading Limited
Product returns or exchange are made at our hypermarket counter at Vision City Mall, National Capital District.
